Sit and Dance for Seniors recently attended the UALA conference in
Layton, UT.  We were also able to attend the Mountainlands Caregivers Conference in
Provo, UT.

Welcome to the new Sit and Dance for Seniors blog. This blog is created to provide you with information about what is going on with Sit and Dance for Seniors and maybe a little view behind the scenes of our operation. This will be great for those of you who haven’t been able to get enough of Sit and Dance for Seniors!

We are in full swing selling our first set of videos which consists of the titles: Big Band, Ballroom, Paradise and Holiday. They have been received with enthusiasm across the United States. So far we have had sales from coast to coast.

As time goes on we hope to continue providing information about events, news worthy items and any other tid bits of information we feel might be of interest to you.
